We only source healthy and locally grown salmon which we use in our proprietary process to gently liberate the oil. The result is a fresh, tasty and human grade salmon oil like no other. We make Brilliant every day on the coast of Western Norway in a small city called Aelesund. We have close relationships with the nearby salmon farming community and we take the freshest salmon offcuts to produce our oil.
